Moreover, in accordance with Article 6, Section 9 of the OSC Covenants, Conditions, and Restriction declaration, each OSC homeowner should have agreed to the following:
“The Owner of each Home Site will be responsible for providing on such Home Site sufficient parking area for all vehicles normally parked and/or situated on such Home Site. No parking shall be permitted on the lawn or other grassed areas of any Home Site”.

Well you may say “It’s my home and I can do what I wanted”. Yes, we agree it is your home. However, there are unwritten rules in a community to be respectful to your neighbors. More importantly, most of our streets are narrow and cannot handle multiple cars parked every night on the street in front of a home.
The OSC HOA board is considering numerous steps with the help of the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department and Charlotte Code Enforcement Board, to prevent these issues from continuing to cause disruptions and frustration within the community.
