We are committed to providing a safe, clean, and relaxing environment for all residents at both of our community pools. Please read and follow all pool guidelines to ensure a positive experience for everyone.
Access & Entry
- Pool hours are 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM Monday through Thursday and 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM on Sundays. No entry outside of posted hours.
- Amenities Fobs are required at all times to enter the pool area.
- All residents must swipe their Amenities Fob upon entry.
- Wristbands will be issued and must be worn the entire time in the pool area.
- Do not share your Amenities Fob.
- Opening gates or doors for unauthorized persons is prohibited and may result in loss of pool privileges.
- Violations may result in suspended privileges.
Children & Supervision
- Children 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
- Toddler pool is for children under 6 years old. Parents must supervise children at all times.
- Swim diapers are required for any child not fully potty trained.
- Lap lane is for swimming only – no sitting, hanging, or playing on the lane ropes.
- An adult must supervise children using flotation devices.
Proper Attire & Hygiene
- Appropriate swimwear is required while using the pool – no jeans, cut-off pants, or street clothes.
- Shower before entering the pool is encouraged.
- No pets, bicycles, skateboards, or scooters inside the pool area.
Behavior & Safety
- There is no lifeguard on duty – Swim at your own risk.
- No running, horseplay, or throwing of objects.
- No diving.
- Music must be kept at a reasonable volume.
- No loud, abusive, or inappropriate language.
- No large floats during peak times.
- Please take all personal items and trash with you when you leave.
Food, Beverages & Smoking
- No glass containers allowed in or around the pool area.
- No food or drinks within 5 feet of the pool edge.
- No alcoholic beverages allowed at any time.
- No smoking or vaping inside the fenced pool area. A designated smoking area is available outside the fence.
Guests & Visitors
- Residents may bring up to 3 guests per household per visit.
- All guests must check in with the pool monitor and present valid photo ID.
- Homeowners must accompany guests at all times. Guests must leave when the resident leaves.
- Adult residents may bring other residents’ children under 18 only if:
- The child is listed on the parent/guardian’s HOA account.
- The adult brings both their own and the child’s household Amenities Fob.
- Limit: 8 children max, including their own.
Violations & Enforcement
Pool Security and the HOA Board have the authority to enforce these rules. Violations will follow this protocol:
- First Offense: Verbal warning
- Second Offense: 30-minute time-out
- Third Offense: Removal from the pool for the day
- Chronic Offenders: Subject to a minimum one-week suspension or longer, at the discretion of the HOA Board.
Severe or repeated violations may lead to:
- Suspension of pool privileges
- $100 fine per documented offense
- Trespassing charges for banned or non-dues-paying individuals (enforced by Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police)
