Pool Rules & Information 2024
Providing a safe and relaxing environment for our residents at either one of our neighborhood pools.
**Please note: Attendants have been instructed to enforce all rules and regulations and may clear the pools at any time for safety/health reasons
General Pool Rules:
- Amenities Fobs are required at all times when using our facilities. All residents must swipe their Amenities Fob upon entry to the pool area.
- Upon entry, wristbands will be issued and required to be worn your entire time at the pool.
- Toddler pool is intended for the use of children under the age of 6. Parents must supervise children in the toddler pool.
- Bathing suits are the only attire permitted in the pool. Individuals wearing cut-off pants or jeans, etc. will not be allowed to enter the pool.
- Babies and toddlers not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers at all times for sanitary reasons.
- Lap lane is for lap swimming only. Do not sit or hang on the lap lane floats. This damages not only the rope, but also damages the anchors that are in the walls of the pool.
- No running, horseplay, no throwing of objects, loud or abusive language will be tolerated. Music should be kept at a reasonable volume.
- No large floats during peak times. An adult must supervise children wearing flotation devices.
- No diving allowed.
- No glass containers allowed in the pool area. No food or drinks allowed within five feet of the pools.
- No alcoholic beverages are allowed at either pool area for any reason.
- No smoking inside the pool area. Ashtrays are provided at the designated smoking area outside of the fence.
- No pets, skateboards, or bicycles are allowed in the pool area.
17 years old & under

- Adult residents MAY bring other residents’ children under age 18 (limited to 8, including their own children), by bringing the other adult’s Amenities Fob with them, as well as their own. (The children need to be listed on their parent/guardian's homeowner account)
Guests
- Guests of residents are permitted but must check in with the pool monitor on duty. The adult guest is required to show a valid ID such as Driver’s License.
- Homeowner must accompany all guests while on pool property. Guests will be required to leave the pool facility when the homeowner departs.
- Homeowners are allowed 3 guests per household per visit.
Protocol for Violations of Pool Rules
2nd offense: Offender must sit out for 30 minutes
3rd offense: Offender will not be allowed to return that day
- Chronic offenders will be suspended from the pool area for one week; other disciplinary actions may be taken, if necessary, with the approval of the Board of Directors.
- If individuals do not leave the pool in a timely manner when directed by a pool monitor, the monitor is directed to contact Charlotte-Mecklenburg police for assistance. That individual will be banned from the pool for an extended period at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
- Consistent violators will have pool privileges removed, at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
