We are committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment at both community pools. Please review and follow all guidelines to ensure a positive experience for everyone.
Violations of these rules may result in suspended pool privileges.
Access & Entry
- A valid Amenities Fob and photo ID are required for entry at all times.
- All residents must swipe their Amenities Fob upon entry.
- Wristbands will be issued and must remain on while in the pool area.
- Sharing Amenities Fobs is prohibited.
- Do not open gates or doors for anyone who is unauthorized to enter.
- Entry is allowed only during posted pool hours. (Click HERE for hours.)
Children & Supervision
- Children 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult (18+) with photo ID.
- The toddler pool is for children under 6; parents must supervise closely.
- Swim diapers are required for any child not fully potty trained.
- The lap lane is for swimming only—no sitting, hanging, or playing on lane ropes.
- Children using flotation devices must be supervised by an adult.
Proper Attire & Hygiene
- Appropriate swimwear is required—no jeans, cut‑offs, or street clothing.
- Showering before entering the pool is encouraged.
- No pets, bicycles, skateboards, or scooters inside the pool area.
Behavior & Safety
- No lifeguard on duty—swim at your own risk.
- No running, horseplay, or throwing objects.
- No diving.
- Music must be kept at a reasonable volume.
- No loud, abusive, or inappropriate language.
- No large floats during peak hours.
- Please take all personal items and dispose of trash before leaving.
Food, Beverages & Smoking
- No glass containers in or around the pool area.
- No food or drinks within 5 feet of the pool edge.
- No alcoholic beverages at any time.
- No smoking or vaping inside the fenced pool area. A designated smoking area is located outside the fence.
Guests & Visitors

Residents may bring up to 3 guests per household per visit.

All guests must check in with the pool monitor and present valid photo ID.

Guests must remain with the resident at all times and must leave when the resident leaves.

Adult residents may bring another resident’s child (under 18) only if:
- The child is listed on the parent/guardian’s HOA account, and
- The adult brings both their own and the child’s household Amenities Fob.
- Maximum of 8 children, including the adult’s own.
Violations & Enforcement
Pool Security and the HOA Board have the authority to enforce all rules. Violations follow this protocol:
- First Offense: Verbal warning
- Second Offense: 30-minute time-out
- Third Offense: Removal from the pool for the day
- Chronic Offenders: Minimum one‑week suspension or longer, at the HOA Board’s discretion
Severe or repeated violations may lead to:
- Suspension of pool privileges
- $100 fine per documented offense
- Trespassing charges for banned or non‑dues‑paying individuals (enforced by Charlotte‑Mecklenburg Police)
