Clubhouse Rental Info
 
Clubhouse rental is only for Old Stone Crossing HOA homeowners and their tenants (permission from homeowner required).
 
The homeowner's account must be in good standing with a $0 balance in order to rent the clubhouse.
 
Clubhouse Rules
 
 
All Request must be submitted following the online rental process below. 
 
Please note*Renters/Tenants*
To obtain your fob/rent Clubhouse, please ask your homeowner to email email@camsmgt.com and request an Amenities Permission Form. Once they receive the signed form, you may request your fob/Clubhouse rental.
 
 
Rental Process (All items must be complete within 14 days to secure your date)

  2. Submit Payment:
    • Option 1: Mail payment to our Property Management Company. Memo Line must have rental date & address. Please allow 14 business days of the receipt of check/application for our Property Management Company to process and approve.
    • Option 2: Online payment via credit/debit card is accepted with an applicable processing fee. An e-invoice will be issued to you if that is your selection on the reservation form with further instructions on how to pay.
Within a few days of receiving your payment, you will receive an update, via email, regarding your reservation.
 
**Payment must be received within 14 days of submitting your reservation. If not, your reservation will be canceled.

  • The balcony was not built for weight. It was built for aesthetics so it is not available to use during rental
Rental Information
  • Days
    • Rental days are Friday, Saturday and Sunday only. Only 1 event is allowed per day. 
  • Hours:
    • Rentals are limited to the hours of 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. This time includes set-up and clean-up of your event. 
    • Your event items cannot be brought in prior to your start time and must be removed by the end of your time. 
  • Cost:
    • $175.00 rental fee covers a 6-hour window, which includes set up, breakdown, and cleaning of the rental space.
    • Additional Hours can be purchased at $20/per hour at the time of reservation request, not to exceed 10:00PM.
  • Administrative
    • A Clubhouse Rental team member will contact you and meet you right before your event to do a pre-check of the clubhouse & immediately at the end of your event for an after-check.
    • Please allow 14 business days for receipt of check/payment for our Property Manager to process and approve.
    • Your reservation will be in pending status until approved by our Property Manager.
 
The Day of Your Event
Upon entering Clubhouse, meet with Clubhouse Rental Team member for pre-check of clubhouse.
***Added due to COVID safety*** During the walkthrough, only the applicant is allowed with the clubhouse rental team member.
(ex. During post walkthrough, the clubhouse should be cleaned out and all guests are to be out of the clubhouse).
