OSC Violation Procedure

Violations management is one of the many roles performed by the management company. The purpose is to look to the HOA members to value the Old Stone Crossing community and respect the overall goals of the community. CC&R enforcement is not something the Board does with malicious intent or ill will. This action is done to protect our home values.

Parking Issues in Old Stone Crossing

There are some serious problems with parking on the streets in Old Stone Crossing. Primarily, the number of cars that are illegally parked. Here are some examples of illegal parking:
- Parking on the grass
- Parking in front of a fire hydrant
- Parking in the opposite direction of traffic
- Parking a vehicle on the street without a plate
- Blocking the sidewalk with a vehicle
