Onsite Office Manager Hours

Tuesday, July 20th to Friday, December 31st at Resident's Clubhouse Office   Tuesday and Friday (9:00 am - 5:00 pm)   Please note that the onsite office manager may be out within the community.  If so, a sign will be present on the office door stating when he will be returning to the office.

HOA Board Meeting

Monday, August 9th, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Resident's Clubhouse Meeting to administer the affairs of the HOA and the community.  Residents are welcome to come and address the board during the first 30 minutes of the meeting. These meetings are held the second Monday of each month.

OSC Architectural Review Committee Meeting

Tuesday, August 10th, 6:30 pm at Resident's Clubhouse Meeting for ARC is to review / discuss requests.  All residents are welcome to attend and participate.  These meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month.

OSC Social Committee Meeting

Thursday, August 12th, 7:00 pm at Resident's Clubhouse Plan the upcoming social activities for the community.  All residents are welcome to attend and participate.  These meetings are held the second Thursday of each month.
