How Your HOA Dues Are Spent
Posted on Mar 23, 2009  Comments (0)
In November 2008, the OSC HOA board created an operating expense budget for the upcoming year. The budget was based on the needs of the community and the anticipated revenue. The expense budget for 2009 was $391,295. Below is a breakout of what every dollar your HOA dues pays for in 2009:

Consequently, the HOA needs your yearly dues of $440 to be paid on time in order to achieve some primary goals:
  • To ensure adequate reserves for future replacement of major items of the community
  • To ensure the repair and maintenance of the common areas
Therefore, if you have not paid your 2009 HOA dues, please log on and go to "Pay HOA Dues" and submit your payment. We need to maintain the value of our properties by completing the above goals. If you have any questions or comments, please go the Contact Us page and select the "board' drop down and submit an email.
