We are located about 10 minutes from UNCC Charlotte and 15 minutes from Concord Mills Mall. With easy access to the soon to be completed Lynx Light Rail system at University City / UNCC you can travel quickly and safely to any charlotte location.
Our 1000 home community has over 40 acres of common areas that provides that country feel with city amenities. We have a large Clubhouse and 3 pools along with a splash pad for the children, fitness room, playground, tennis courts and best of all low HOA dues of only $460 a year (we also have a strong financial position to weather any storm). This is why we are the premier single family home community in Charlotte NC.
